With effect from 30 July 2020, in addition to keeping a Register of Registrable Controllers (RORC) at their end, entities will have to lodge their RORC information with ACRA’s central register via bizfile+.
All companies and LLPs that have not lodged their RORC information are reminded to do so by 30 June 2021.
Unless exempted, entities that fail to lodge their RORC information with ACRA by this date may face a fine of up to $5,000.
